From a small team with a big idea to Malaysia's trusted online betting and casino platform — here's everything you need to know about who we are and what we stand for.
kor18plus was founded with one clear goal: to build an online betting and casino platform that truly understands Malaysian players. Not a copy-paste international product with no local awareness — but something genuinely designed around how Malaysians play, pay, and expect to be treated.
The team behind kor18plus came together with years of combined experience across online gaming, fintech, and customer service in the Southeast Asian market. We had seen firsthand how Malaysian bettors were underserved — stuck with platforms that took days to process withdrawals, charged hidden fees, and offered zero local payment support. That frustration became our motivation.
We launched with a focused product: fast e-wallet payouts via Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost, a clean sportsbook covering Liga Super Malaysia and EPL fixtures, and a live casino experience that actually works smoothly on Malaysian mobile connections. The response from players across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, and Johor Bahru confirmed we were on the right track.
Since then, kor18plus has grown steadily — not through flashy gimmicks, but through consistently delivering on our promises: fast withdrawals, fair games, genuine support, and a platform that treats every player with respect.
A small team begins researching the Malaysian online betting market, identifying gaps in local payment support and withdrawal speed that major platforms were ignoring.
kor18plus goes live with sportsbook betting, a curated live dealer casino, and full support for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX. Early player feedback shapes the product in real time.
Player base crosses 100,000 registered members. New game providers added, slots library expands significantly, and DuitNow and GrabPay are integrated as payout options.
Silver, Gold, and Platinum VIP tiers launched. Long-term players begin receiving dedicated account managers, higher withdrawal limits, and personalised cashback offers.
Over 500,000 players trust kor18plus. We continue improving our mobile experience, expanding our game library, and refining our support systems — all with Malaysian players at the centre of every decision.
To deliver Malaysia's most reliable, transparent, and enjoyable online betting and casino experience — built specifically for local players, backed by secure technology, and operated with genuine respect for every member. We exist to give Malaysian players a platform they can actually trust: one that pays quickly, plays fairly, and treats support as a priority rather than an afterthought.
To become the most recommended online betting platform among Malaysian players — not through marketing spend alone, but through word-of-mouth earned by doing the fundamentals right. We envision a future where kor18plus is the default answer when a player in Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, or Penang is asked: "Which platform do you use and trust?"
Every decision we make — from product features to support protocols — comes back to these core principles. They aren't marketing language; they shape how we actually operate.
No hidden fees. No vague bonus terms buried in footnotes. We write our Terms and Conditions in plain English and make them easy to find. If something affects your money, you deserve to know about it clearly — before it matters.
We made a commitment on Day 1 that withdrawals would be fast. E-wallet payouts in under 5 minutes is our standard, not our exception. Reliability extends to our platform uptime too — we invest heavily in infrastructure so you never miss a live match because of downtime.
Responsible gambling isn't a checkbox for us. We enforce 21+ age verification, offer deposit and loss limit tools, and maintain a dedicated Responsible Gambling section with practical guidance. A player who gambles within their means is a player who stays with us.
We don't treat Malaysia as a generic "Southeast Asia" market. We know that football here means Liga Super Malaysia and EPL, that payments happen via Touch 'n Go and DuitNow, and that trust is earned through consistency rather than promotional promises.
All games on kor18plus operate on certified random number generators. We display RTP figures openly, choose providers with fair-play track records, and do not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances. The house edge is real — but so is every win.
We read every piece of player feedback. Our product team meets weekly to review support tickets, payment issues, and feature requests. The platform you use today is better than the one that launched — and the one six months from now will be better still.
Every feature of kor18plus was chosen or designed with a Malaysian player's actual needs in mind. Here's what that looks like in practice.
From Liga Super Malaysia matchdays to Premier League weekends, UFC fight nights, and international tournaments — our sportsbook covers the events Malaysian bettors care about. Pre-match and live in-play betting available with competitive odds.
Real dealers, real-time gameplay, streamed in high definition. Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger — the tables are always open, around the clock, with professional dealers creating an authentic casino atmosphere from your device.
Our slots library spans classic 3-reel games, modern video slots, Megaways titles, cascading reels, and progressive jackpots. All games display their RTP openly so you can make informed choices about where to play.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay withdrawals typically clear in under 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers process in 5–15 minutes. We've built our payment infrastructure around Malaysian e-wallets because that's how our players actually want to get paid.
Whether you're on Android or iOS, 4G or WiFi, the kor18plus platform is optimised for mobile-first use. Place bets during halftime, spin slots on your lunch break in Bangsar, or watch live dealer tables on your commute from Petaling Jaya — it all works seamlessly.
Live chat support runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our support team is trained to resolve payment issues, account queries, and technical problems quickly and professionally. We aim to respond to every live chat within 2 minutes — because matchday doesn't wait.
kor18plus isn't a foreign platform that added a Malaysian payment option and called it localised. Every core decision — from the payment methods we support, to the sports markets we prioritise, to the way we structure our bonuses — reflects an actual understanding of what Malaysian players need.
We process all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposits start from as low as RM30 so that players across income brackets can participate comfortably. Our responsible gambling tools are prominently placed and easy to use, because we believe every player deserves to bet within limits they're comfortable with.
For players aged 21 and above only. We enforce strict age verification as part of our KYC process and take player protection seriously at every level of the platform.
Players from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, Johor Bahru to Shah Alam — all supported equally.
